Diamonds of The Desert - Medjool Dates

Date-Chutney 035

There are very few dried fruits that are as universally loved as fresh Medjool dates. I used to consider dates as little more than another barely edible dried fruit which was added to American Christmas cakes. (American Chris

Thanks! I am not very active on the computer, and weeks may go by without me visiting some sites. Your salt smoking caught my attention, and I will try it soonest. Must go well with fresh fish!!

Thanks for coming by my page! Just remember I'm about as technical as a flea, so my poor little blog is not gonna win any Pulitzers! I just love sharing all this great information with everyone and am thrilled to get responses from folks like you. Wyoming is one one my favorite places. I used to travel in a band and we played there several times. I went skiing (once!) on Casper Mountain in February, not successfully, but the scenery was almost "spiritual." I hope to visit again someday. Thanks for your great page...I know I'll learn a lot from here!
