Comment by Lisa Schmidt (Comfortcook) on April 9, 2008 at 12:39pm - I really enjoy Rick Bayless' cookbooks and have learned alot about real Mexican cooking from his PBS series. I was surprised (but glad!) that the texchnique was far from Taco Bell. My favorite dish I make it my Chili Rellenos w/ Picadillo and a dish from the "Southwest Slow Cooking" cookbook called "Pork Adobada." Delicious!
